Aarrow Fires / General / Trouble with fitting grate to Ecoburn 7

laura hunt Member	# Posted: 20 Dec 2009 19:35 - Edited by: laura hunt Reply  I have recently bought an Ecoburn 7 and am having real trouble getting the grates in correctly. 3 of the grate bars fit perfectly but the remaining 4 bars that go in alternately will not lay flat as they get 'stuck' on the fire bricks at the back. The grates all lay perfectly and move correctly to the + and - positions only when I remove the back liners/ bricks .. Any ideas?
admin Admin	# Posted: 1 Mar 2010 13:19 Reply  The only thing that springs to mind is whether you have the grate bars the right way around, and whether they are located correctly on the rear grate bar support plate. Check carefully to make sure you have followed the assembly instructions correctly.
