Primary Air Diversion System (PADS)
Wood and solid fuel require very different burning environments – wood burns best on a bed of ash with air circulating above it, whereas solid fuel will not burn at all unless there is air circulating beneath it.

Airwash System
Our renowned innovation, the Airwash system, directs a stream of hot air evenly across the window in the fire door to create a shield between the fire chamber and the glass. This prevents tar and other chemical emissions from settling and so gives you a fantastic view of your fire.
Secondary Burn
Traditionally, air enters the stove during combustion and is then directed to the chimney flue for release into the atmosphere. We researched the process thoroughly and found that the air being released contained a large amount of un-burnt fuel, which is not only wasteful but extremely harmful to the environment because it contains high levels of carbon dioxide.
We created our Secondary and Tertiary Burn systems to re-circulate the air back into the stove so that it could be re-ignited and realise its full efficiency. This process extracts the greatest amount of heat possible from the fuel and therefore means that you will use less.
